Designed specifically for 23mm wall thickness pipe rack pipe, the HJ-1 uses a precision machined CRS cold rolled steel body with a black electrophoresis finish to deliver a connection that is structurally sound, corrosion-resistant, and -- critically -- reusable when system configurations need to change. The HJ-1 arrives as a complete kit: two H-1 joint bodies plus the M6x25 hardware required for full assembly, so there are no missing fastphens or compatibility issues at installation. The bolted connection mechanism uses the M6 hardware to create a clamp-style joint that captures the pipe from both sides -- a double-sided clamping configuration that distributes loading forces more evenly than single-clamp alternatives and reduces stress concentrations at the pipe wall.
